James R. Whitehouse

James R. Whitehouse is an analyst for the Partnership and credit specialist. Mr. Whitehouse is a recognized banking professional with over 23 years experience in mortgage sales and senior management. Mr. Whitehouse is currently a managing partner at The Mortgage Capital Group, overseeing commercial and residential mortgage origination. Previously, Mr. Whitehouse was Senior Vice President and East Coast Area Director for Washington Mutual. There he was responsible for establishing Washington Mutual as a premier multi-family lender on the east coast. Mr. Whitehouse was also employed at Green Point Mortgage where he supervised mortgage production throughout the consumer bank branches and regional sales offices. Mr. Whitehouse has an MBA in Banking and Finance from Dowling College (1996) as well as a bachelor’s degree from Cortland State University (1985). Mr. Whitehouse also holds a NY real estate sales license, Florida mortgage broker license, and is a United States Coast Guard Captain with a Masters license for Inland Marine.
